Commander Ashtar is Head of the Galactic Federation and is overseeing our journey into 5th dimensional living on the Earth. We all have Galactic origins and have volunteered to be here on the Earth at this time of great awakening. Those Starseeds who heard the call and are here for the upliftment of the planet will, at a soul level, remember Ashtar, for he would have given you your mission before you incarnated. He is overseeing your life plan and monitors you closely, guiding you when necessary.
