It is time to LET GO and effortlessly “Go With the Flow”.

We have been conditioned since childhood to think in a certain way. To act in a certain way and to believe what we have learnt to believe over many years, but what if this way of thinking no longer serves our highest good? What if those beliefs are holding us back? Rather than just thinking in a certain way, why don’t we challenge ourselves to let go those negative beliefs and thoughts and start again? To let go and go with the flow rather than controlling what is happening?

Many things are out of our control right now: the cost of living, the environment, wars, health, negativity everywhere… but what if we made the decision to not attach to anything, to believe that everything is going to work out for the highest good of all, to pay little or no attention to the negative things happening around us and to just “Go with the flow”.

This bracelet has been created to support the body with going with the flow of life and I have added a Lemurian Aquatine Calcite crystal to soothe the emotional body to become calm and control the emotions. It also helps us with negative emotions such as stress, worry and anxiety.

The Rose Quartz helps with acceptance of the way things are and letting go into love. The Pearl brings a luminous quality and represents purity, innocence and beauty.
